A. Unlawful To Fire Weapon In Town: It shall be unlawful to shoot, discharge or fire any gun, firearm, air gun or slingshot within the corporate limits of the town, except as provided in subsection B of this section. (1977 Code § 9.32.010)
B. Exceptions: Nothing in this section shall be considered to prohibit the firing of a gun, pistol, or other firearm when done in the lawful defense of the person, property, or family or in the necessary enforcement of the law. (1977 Code § 9.32.020)
