All buildings erected, repaired or in anywise altered within the limits of the Town when it shall be desired that stovepipes shall pass through any partition wall of wood or any part which is combustible material, the same shall be provided with a two inch (2") air chamber. And every stove before use shall be provided with zinc, iron, tin or something equivalent to protect the woodwork underneath and around said stove from taking fire therefrom.
