4-1-12: INTERFERING WITH OR OBSTRUCTING FIRE PERSONNEL:
It shall be unlawful for any person to in any way interfere with or hinder any fireman while in the discharge or apparent discharge of his duty of preventing fire. (1977 Code § 2.24.120)
