A. Order To Remove Or Remedy: Whenever the Chief of the Fire Department, or any officer of the Town or fireman shall find obstructions to or on fire escapes, stairs, passageways, doors, windows, etc., liable to interfere with the operations of the Fire Department or egress of the occupants in case of fire, he shall order the same to be removed or remedied. B. Compliance Required: Orders issued under authority of subsection A of this Section shall be complied with promptly by the owner, his agent or occupant of the building or premises involved. (1977 Code § 2.24.110; amd. 2000 Code)
