3-10-13: ESCORT AGENCIES:

B. A person commits an offense if the person acts as an escort or agrees to act as an escort for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years. (Ord. 295, 11-10-2003)

C. Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in section 1-4-2 of this code. (Ord. 07-002, 2-13-2007)
