3-10-4: FEES:

The initial fee for an adult oriented business operator's license shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). The annual fee for an adult oriented business operator's license renewal is five hundred dollars ($500.00). These fees shall be used to pay for the cost of administration and enforcement of this chapter. (Ord. 295, 11-10-2003)
