§ 150.14 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   Within 15 days after this amended chapter is passed, the Clerk shall publish it or a synopsis thereof in a newspaper circulated in the village. The chapter shall not take effect before the 20th day after its passage or before the date of its publication, whichever occurs first.
