§ 153.13 SPECIAL PERMITS.
   Special permits shall be obtained for the use of public water and sewer in connection with building operations. The storage of materials and the erection of barricades and other structures on public property or streets shall be done only if permission is obtained to do so and by complying with all regulations set forth in the permission.
