§ 153.10 INSURANCE.
   The applicant for a moving permit shall file with the village a liability insurance policy in the amount of as per Council resolution for injury to 1 person and as per Council resolution for injury to more than 1 person and property damage insurance in the amount of as per Council resolution. All policies shall be approved by the Village Attorney.
