No person shall move, transport, or convey any building or other similar bulky or heavy object, including machinery, trucks, trailers, and the like, larger in width than 14 feet, into, across, or along any street, alley, or other public place in the Village of Manchester, without first obtaining village approval and/or a building permit to do so.
