§ 153.04 PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
   Whenever any building or structure, except fences, is proposed to be built closer than 3 feet to any street lot line, the application shall be accompanied by a certificate and plot plan of a survey by a Registered Land Surveyor or Professional Engineer.
