All construction work shall be inspected before covering, including footings, backfilling against foundation, sewers, plumbing, rough framing, electrical wiring, heating units before operating equipment, final inspections before occupancy, and in all other instances where required by the Building Official. When the work is ready the holder of the permit shall so notify the Village Building Official or his or her representative and secure approval before continuing. Failure to do so shall constitute a violation of this code.
