§ 152.183 REPORT.
    The Village Council shall prepare a complete report of the proceedings concerning the requested variance, containing all findings of fact and action taken. A copy of this report shall be made part of the record of the meeting at which action is taken and one copy of the report shall he or she transmitted to the proprietor.
