The village may also require, in addition to the security and the contingency deposit, a bond to cover damage that might occur during construction to existing improvements, facilities, and features on or around the construction site or to adjacent properties. This bond shall include the costs of any cleaning of construction debris from the subdivision and from adjacent properties that might be necessary.
