§ 152.154 EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.
   Installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures shall be accomplished by the proprietor as specified in the preliminary plat as finally approved and are subject to any financial guarantees of performance established by the Village.
