(A) An adequate storm drainage system, including necessary storm sewers, drain inlets, manholes, culverts, bridges and other appurtenances, shall be required in all subdivisions, and shall be provided by the proprietor.
(B) All proposed storm drainage construction plans shall be approved by the Village Engineer, and the County Drain Commissioner where applicable. Construction shall follow the specifications and procedures of the State Drain Code of 1956 as amended and specifications of the County Drain Commissioner where applicable.
