The proprietor shall submit to the Village Engineer 1 reproducible copy of as built engineering drawings of each of the required improvements that have been completed prior to final plat approval. Each set of drawings shall be certified by the proprietor's engineer. Similar drawings shall also be submitted of improvements installed under bond, after final plat approval. This provision does not apply to improvements made under the jurisdiction of other public agencies.
