§ 152.135 OVERSIZE FACILITIES.
   Whenever oversize facilities are required, the proprietor shall be responsible for his or her share of costs of same, as based on land area, population, or other appropriate measure. The amount of proprietor responsibility shall be agreed to prior to final approval of the preliminary plat by the Village Council.
