(A) Improvements shall be provided by the proprietor in accordance with this subchapter and/or with any other applicable standards and requirements which may from time to time be established by the Village Council or by any of the various village departments or county and state agencies, in the form of ordinances or published rules.
(B) The improvements required under this subchapter shall be considered the minimum acceptable improvements.
