Street lights shall be provided at all street intersections and at intersections of streets and pedestrian ways. Additional street lights may be required between intersections for blocks longer than 600 feet, if recommended by the Village Engineer, Street lights shall have underground wiring and shall be installed prior to occupancy of structures. Light standards shall meet the minimum specifications of the Consumer Power Co. All installations shall conform to the requirements of the Village Engineer.
