Placement of the building on the, site shall conform to all yard requirements of Chapter 151 of this code. However, the proprietor should vary the placement of the building on each lot and front setback should be varied among several adjacent lots to create a more attractive neighborhood appearance and to relieve the monotony that results from rigid adherence to the minimum requirements. The setbacks provided should conform to topography and natural features of the site.
