Side lot lines shall generally be perpendicular to the right-of-way lines or radial to curved streets. All sides and rear lot lines should be straight lines unless natural features or street curvature so prevent. Variations in these provisions may be made when in the opinion of the Planning Commission such variation would result in a better arrangement of lots.
