§ 152.072 RESUBDIVIDING.
Where a tract is to be subdivided into lots substantially larger than the minimum size required in Chapter 151 of this code, the Commission may require that streets and lots be laid out so as to permit future re-subdivision in a logical manner and in accordance with provisions of this chapter. Lot arrangements shall allow for ultimate extension of adjacent streets through blocks or the splitting of lots into smaller lots. The plan for such future resubdividing or lot-splitting shall be approved by the Planning Commission before division of lots may be made.
