§ 152.063 MARGINAL ACCESS STREETS.
   Where marginal access streets are required the proprietor shall dedicate property for the purpose of marginal access streets to the Village and shall be responsible for improving said marginal access streets, according to standards of the Village Engineer. A landscaped strip at least 20 feet wide shall be provided between a marginal access street and the adjacent street.
