§ 152.061 ALLEYS.
   Alleys shall be prohibited, except in commercial and industrial subdivisions and where provided they shall be at least 30 feet wide. Dead-end alleys shall be prohibited. Alleys shall be provided in accordance with standards of the Village Engineer and shall be paved.
