Each cul-de-sac street shall not be more than 1,000 feet in length. Exceptions may be made where topographic or other unusual existing conditions would so require, Each cul-de-sac shall terminate with an adequate turn-around with a radius of 75 feet for right-of-way and 50 feet for pavement. “Y” or “T” back-arounds may be substituted for the circular terminus, if recommended by the Village Engineer.
