§ 152.041 EFFECT OF FINAL PLAT APPROVAL.
   Approval of the final plat shall confer upon the proprietor for a period of 3 years from date of approval a right that all existing zoning regulations and subdivision regulations as they apply to the property included in the final plat shall continue in effect.
