The proprietor shall file 8 copies of the preliminary pint, together with a completed application form and plat review fees with the Village Clerk at least 10 days prior to the regular Planning Commission meeting at which the plat is to be considered. The Clerk shall check the completeness of the submittal, and if complete, transmit same to the Chairperson of the Planning Commission at least 7 days prior to the Planning Commission's next regular meeting. If the application is not complete, the Clerk shall so notify the applicant in writing and shall list deficiencies.
