The fees for the review of plans and plats, the inspection of improvements for the administration of this chapter, and for other costs incurred by the Village in the platting process, shall be paid to the Village Clerk by a proprietor as follows:
(A) Upon submitting for Village Council approval a preliminary plat, a fee as per Council resolution for the first 5 lots plus as per Council resolution for each additional lot in the subdivision therein proposed. Provided, however, that the minimum fee therefor shall be as per Council resolution.
(B) Upon submitting for Village Council approval a final plat, a fee of as per Council resolution for the first 5 lots plus as per Council resolution for each additional lot in the subdivision therein proposed. Provided, however, that the minimum fee therefor shall be as per Council resolution.
The fees herein provided shall be in addition to other fees provided by law.
