This chapter is adopted pursuant to the City and Village Zoning Act, 1921 PA 207, as amended, (M.C.L.A. §§ 125.581 et seq.) and subsequently amended pursuant to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended (M.C.L.A. §§ 125.3101 et seq.). This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Village of Manchester Zoning Ordinance” and may hereinafter be referred to as “this chapter.”
