§ 114.02 TAXICAB LICENSE.
   (A)   No person shall engage in the business of operating or causing to be operated, any taxicab upon the streets, alleys, or public ways of the village without first having obtained a license for each taxicab.
   (B)   No license shall be granted except upon certification of the Police Chief and upon approval of the Village Council.
   (C)   Picking up passengers within the village shall be deemed engaging in the taxicab business, but discharging passengers in the village when the trip originated from a point outside the village, shall not be so construed.
