§ 112.52 BUSINESSES INCLUDED.

   (A)   Generally. The following businesses are specifically included under route delivery as defined in § 112.51 and for which a license must be obtained.

   (B)   Businesses.

      (1)   Milk and dairy products;

      (2)   Fuel oil;

      (3)   Laundries and dry cleaning;

      (4)   Foodstuffs, including baked goods;

      (5)   Hardware, brushes, brooms, and household utensils;

      (6)   Cosmetics; and

      (7)   Water softening service.
