§ 112.51 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of §§ 112.50 et seq., the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   REGULAR ROUTE DELIVERY. Includes the businesses hereinafter enumerated of making regular route delivery at retail by motor vehicle or on foot to the residence of the consumer whether by pre-arranged accustomed route or by prior order from the consumer.
