All discharge from sanitary sewers, combined sewers, or from sources other than runoff or groundwater is prohibited from connection to the storm sewer system. Any sewer connection or inflow other than runoff or groundwater found to be discharging into the storm sewer system must be discontinued immediately and permanently disconnected within 30 days of discovery.
