§ 97.03 THROWING OR PUTTING SNOW IN THE CITY WAY PROHIBITED.
   No person shall throw, place, of put, dispose of or cause to be thrown, placed, put, or disposed of, any snow, slush or ice onto any city-owned sidewalk or upon any city way.
