§ 97.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 97.34 shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $100. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
