No person shall open any alarm box connected with the fire alarm system except by the authority of the Chief of the Fire Department. Those individuals that have been authorized under the Fire Department Listed Agent Program, will be charged an initial fee of $50 and an annual renewal fee of $50. This renewal will take effect on January 1 of each year.
