§ 92.08 INSPECTOR OF PETROLEUM; APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The Board of Mayor and Alderman shall biennially, in the month of January, elect one Inspector of Petroleum.
   (B)   The duties of the Inspector of Petroleum shall be the same as is prescribed for the duties of such officers in R.S.A. Ch. 339.
   (C)   The Inspector of Petroleum shall receive, as compensation for his services, the fee of $2.50 for each tank car of petroleum or its products by him inspected, and the same shall be paid by the persons requiring his services.
