Significant industrial users shall submit periodic compliance reports at least once every six months or as required by the Public Works Director, indicating the nature and concentration of pollutants in the discharge from the regulated processes governed by pretreatment standards and the average and maximum daily flow for these process units. The reports shall state whether the applicable categorical pretreatment standards and effluent limitations are being met on a consistent basis and, if not, what additional operation and maintenance practices and/or pretreatment are necessary in order to meet all standards on a consistent basis. The reports shall also include compliance with Best Management Practices when applicable. All compliance reports must be in conformance with § 52.055 of this chapter.
