§ 94.02 SCOPE.
   This chapter shall only apply to noise originating within the city limits of the city that is traveling in the atmosphere or environment. This chapter shall apply to all bodies of water within the city limits of the city, irrespectively if they flow through or are contained partially or entirely within the city limits.
