§ 33.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

   The Justice Court of the county is hereby designated to act as the City Court in all matters and cases arising under and out of violations of state law and any and all ordinances of the city.

§ 33.02 FUNDING.

   The Mayor and the Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to provide for the city’s share of the funding for such court by entering into an agreement with the county for proportionate sharing of the costs of salaries, training and office expenses between the city and the county, as nearly as is reasonably practicable.

§ 33.03 ANNUAL REVIEW.

   Such interlocal agreement between the city and county shall be reviewed annually and shall be subject to approval by resolution of the City Council and the County Commissioners.
