§ 32.02 AMENDMENTS TO CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS.
   No alterations or amendments shall be made to the Volunteer Fire Department’s constitution and bylaws unless proposed in writing at a regular meeting of the Department and shall not be acted upon until the next regular meeting, when three-fourths of the members present may adopt the same.
