§ 156.103 ACCESSORY AND TEMPORARY USES.

   The following accessory and temporary uses are permitted in this district:

   (A)   Accessory buildings and uses incidental to the above uses;

   (B)   Driveways, sidewalks, patios, retaining walls and steps require a permit. No fee charge;

   (C)   Home occupations under the requirements of § 156.006 of this chapter; and

   (D)   Temporary buildings for and during construction only.
