§ 152.045 TIME LIMIT.
   (A)   The time that any street, avenue or alley permitted excavation is open may be limited by the Director of Public Works or his or her assistant or inspector.
   (B)   At no time during the progress of the work shall sidewalks be unnecessarily blocked to travel.
