§ 92.01 SALE DECLARED A NUISANCE.
   The sale of fireworks, firecrackers, rockets, torpedoes, Roman candles or other fireworks or substances designed and intended for pyrotechnic display, all pistols, canes, cannon or other appliances, using blank cartridges or caps, at retail in the city is a public nuisance.
