§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to commit the public nuisances designated in this chapter within the city or a distance of three miles on the outside thereof; and any person, firm or corporation who is guilty of having committed a public nuisance as designated in this chapter, on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum of not less than $10, nor more than $100, and costs of prosecution.
