4-1-4: ENFORCEMENT OFFICER:
The person(s) who may issue infraction citations for violating this Chapter are the caretaker of the Bully Creek Park and any "enforcement officer" defined in Section 1-9A-1 of this Code. (Ord. 110, 4-29-1997)
