Separate accounts within the General Fund are hereby established for fees paid in lieu of construction. Separate accounts are established for streets, sidewalks, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, and public water supply mains. Payments of fees in lieu of construction for each type of infrastructure shall be deposited within that designated account.
