(A) For rural subdivisions, upon a favorable recommendation by the Administrative Review Committee the President of the Board of Trustees may approve an administrative waiver of the requirements for construction of otherwise required public infrastructure. The administrative waiver may include one of the following alternatives for each type of public infrastructure:
(1) Waiver of the construction requirements in the entirety.
(2) Payment of a fee in lieu of immediate construction of the public infrastructure otherwise required.
(3) Deferral of the construction requirements for water main and sanitary sewer infrastructure within the service area of Sangamon Valley Public Water District (SVPWD).
(B) Any relief granted from the requirement that public infrastructure be constructed shall be at the sole discretion of the Village of Mahomet. No subdivider or subdivision shall have a right to a waiver or other relief. A request for relief from the requirement to construct public infrastructure shall accompany the application for subdivision approval.
