Except as may be provided elsewhere herein or in other ordinances or regulations, improvements to public infrastructure, including streets, sidewalks, storm drains, water mains and sanitary sewers shall be required whenever a tract of land is subdivided. Improvements shall be provided and installed in accordance with the standards and engineering requirements established by the Village of Mahomet and other local, state and federal authorities which may have jurisdiction of the area being subdivided.
